Yasir Ijaz is an electrical engineer by training and the founder of Avera. His early career included a period of public service, in a role centred on information discipline: how data moves, who can see it, and how a system stays accountable under pressure. That instinct now sits at the centre of how Avera designs everything it builds — data control as a starting requirement, not an add-on.
In Dubai, Yasir became the IT and operations lead inside a chemicals trading group, modernising Microsoft 365 across the company (Intune, Entra ID, Defender), CRM and finance systems, workflow automation, and the daily reality of quotes, shipments, and reporting.
