In Dubai, he became the IT and operations lead inside a chemicals trading group. His scope included Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Defender, CRM, finance systems, approvals, reporting, and workflow automation. He also lived with the commercial reality of quotes, shipments, exhibitions, and follow-up.
